Set of 3 Air-Conditioned Apartments “Le Familiale” – Historic Center of Bordeaux



Perfect for families, groups of friends, or business stays, this set of 3 independent apartments is rented as a whole and can accommodate up to 9 guests, offering comfort, privacy, and autonomy for everyone. No spaces are shared.



Located on the first floor of a secure building, these apartments enjoy a central location just steps from the tram (line A, Hôtel de Ville stop), the cathedral, City Hall, and the Palais de Justice. You can fully enjoy Bordeaux’s historic center while staying in a peaceful environment.



Each apartment combines a living room and bedroom for a practical and welcoming space. The living area features a sofa, coffee table, TV, Wi-Fi, and storage. In the evening, it transforms into a bedroom with 3 single beds (90x200 cm). Since 2026, the extra bed has been replaced by a real single bed for added comfort.



The private bathroom includes a shower, sink, neutral soap, and hairdryer, with separate toilets for extra comfort. The independent kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, utensils, and coffee machines compatible with various formats.



For your convenience, each apartment includes cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, broom, and dustpan. On request, baby essentials (travel cot, high chair, stroller) are provided. A secure luggage storage is available in the building (service available for an extra fee). All apartments are air-conditioned and fully accessible.



Important: The building does not have an elevator.
