Casa ai Lavatoi is a charming independent house located in the historic center of Casal Velino, right in front of the ancient communal washhouses, once a meeting point and the hub of village life. The property is spread over three levels: on the ground floor, a private entrance opens directly onto the village’s main street; the first floor features a welcoming living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious double bedroom with balcony, and a bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a second bedroom with a single bed and a double sofa bed, served by a second bathroom. From here, step out onto the splendid panoramic terrace—ideal for outdoor breakfasts or sunset dinners.



The apartment is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a washing machine. There is no private parking, but convenient public parking is just a short walk away.
