The home is designed for practical, comfortable stays: there’s a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and in the living area, a double sofa bed—ideal for families and small groups with a simple, functional layout.



The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven and all necessary utensils, perfect even for those who love to cook on holiday. Guests have Wi-Fi, a private washing machine, and a central air conditioner that cools the entire home, even in the hottest months.



Outside, there’s a private back garden with an outdoor laundry area—useful after the beach and convenient for daily needs.
