Located in Verchaix, Haute-Savoie, this 50 m² chalet welcomes up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You have a private, well-equipped kitchen to prepare your meals during your stay. The chalet offers mountain views and includes Wi-Fi so you can stay connected.



Enjoy the shared covered terrace, perfect for relaxing and taking in the peaceful surroundings. The property is in a quiet residential leisure park established in 1984, bordered by forest and river, offering an authentic family-friendly Savoyard village atmosphere.



One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. Families will appreciate the shared playground for children aged 6–12, as well as shared toys and books. Other communal facilities include table tennis, billiards, and a pétanque court available in summer.



The location is ideal for exploring major Alpine destinations: Annecy (60 km), Geneva (50 km), Cluses (18 km), Samoëns (3 km). You are 200 m from Morillon’s blue lake and 500 m from the Grand Massif. The region offers many activities: mountain biking, hiking, horse riding, rafting, canyoning, treetop adventure, ziplining, paragliding over Mont Blanc, swimming, tennis, and mini-golf. On site, you’ll find a bakery, bar, restaurants, a pizzeria, and a food truck. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.



Bed linen, bath sheets, and towels can be rented for an extra fee. Final cleaning is available for an extra fee.
