There is a bathroom with a window and a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment offers air conditioning in the bedroom, heating available in winter months according to local regulations, private TV, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine.



Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy views of the city and a partial sea view, especially beautiful on spring and summer evenings. The balcony is furnished for outdoor dining, so you can savor your meals while admiring the scenery.
