The 55 m² holiday apartment is located in Höchenschwand in the Black Forest and accommodates 2 guests in one bedroom. The tastefully furnished living room with large windows offers wonderful views of the surrounding nature. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/bathtub, sink, and toilet. High-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), cable TV, coffee machine, and a workspace are also included for your comfort. Only 4 steps lead to the property, and the apartment itself is step-free. Large windows and a private balcony let you enjoy beautiful views of nature. The spacious rooms are elegantly furnished, and the garden is well maintained.



Enjoy the peaceful location and the views from the apartment. The heated communal indoor pool is available to you daily from 7 am to 7 pm, as is the well-kept communal garden.



You can park in the shared parking area of the complex; public transport is nearby. One pet is allowed. Washing machine and dryer are available in the building for an additional fee.



The apartment is on the edge of Höchenschwand, affectionately called the "village in the sky." Hiking trails start right at the property. Enjoy the excellent mountain air and the impressive Alpine panorama. The town center is 800 m away, with several supermarkets reachable within 5 minutes by car. A tennis facility is a 15-minute walk away. St. Blasien and the beautiful Schluchsee are just 10 minutes away by car.
