The chalet is located on a small chalet village right on the Afritzer See, in the sunny south of Carinthia. All around you: impressive mountains, crystal-clear lakes and a sea of greenery. Whether you want to relax with a good book or get active - you can do it all here, all year round.

As soon as winter sets in, the region turns into a true winter sports mecca. Just 15 kilometers away is Bad Kleinkirchheim, with no less than 103 kilometers of slopes for families and seasoned ski and snowboard enthusiasts alike. The Gerlitzen Alpe is also nearby (approx. 13 km): a sunny ski area with 50-55 kilometers of runs and panoramic views - perfect for beginners and experienced winter sports enthusiasts alike.

Fancy some culture, shopping or just a cosy terrace? Then Villach is an absolute must. This lively town mixes historical charm with great shopping, wellness and delicious restaurants. And if that is not enough: within half an hour you are already in Italy, ready for la dolce vita.
