With a generous living space of 81 m² all on the ground floor, the house provides a harmonious ambience and practical layout. The spacious open-plan kitchen and living area is at the heart of the house. The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle, as well as all necessary cooking and dining utensils. The adjoining living area invites you to relax with its comfortable sofa, cable TV and a cosy fireplace, ideal on cooler days. From here you can directly access the furnished terrace with garden view – perfect for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The house includes two separate bedrooms, offering ample privacy and flexibility for families or small groups. One children’s high chair is provided, making the accommodation very suitable for younger guests. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer, and there is an additional guest WC for further convenience.
