Our Apartment House Elise – TOP 4 in Zell am See is the ideal holiday apartment for your stay in the Salzburg region. The location couldn’t be better! In winter, the ski slopes are within walking distance – after just 500 metres you reach the AreitXpress, from where you can enjoy the ride up to the Schmittenhöhe. In summer, our apartment is the perfect starting point for hikes, swimming in Lake Zell, or playing golf at the Zell am See Golf Club.



The ground-floor apartment is spacious and, with 70 square metres, offers room for 1 to 6 guests. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a comfortable double bed and their own TV, and each sleeps two guests. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps an additional two guests. In total, one bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet is available. From the cosy living room, you have direct access to the beautiful conservatory with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The apartment also offers direct garden access from the conservatory. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to treat your loved ones to delicious meals even while on holiday.
