Villa Casa Luis is a modern holiday home located in Kastelir, approximately 12 km from Porec and 8 km from the sea. There are shops, a restaurant, a pizzeria, an ATM and other facilities near the house. The house is located on a fenced plot of 850m2 with a landscaped lawn and olive trees. It offers guests the following outdoor facilities: a 32m2 saltwater swimming pool, deck chairs, a landscaped lawn, a fully equipped summer kitchen with a dining table and communal gatherings, and several covered parking spaces. In the outdoor area, there is also a children's playground for the youngest, and for relaxation there is a beautiful wellness area with a sauna and an indoor whirlpool in a separate building.


The holiday home has a living space of 180 m2 spread over three fully air-conditioned floors and can accommodate 6-8 persons. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room with lots of natural light through large glass walls, a TV and a fireplace, and a separate toilet.


On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One bedroom offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, and the other has access to a balcony with garden furniture. On the second floor there is a third spacious bedroom of 40m2 with its own bathroom, a balcony with a beautiful sea view and a small reading corner. In this master bedroom there is the possibility of two additional beds for children.
