Located in Soustons, La Dolce Villa offers 48 m² of comfort for up to 6 guests. The villa features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with separate WC, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, step-free access, an interior without stairs, and self check-in. A baby cot and high chair are also available for families traveling with young children. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided.



Relax on your private, uncovered terrace with no direct neighbors, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. You will have access to a shared outdoor pool to cool off during your stay, as well as two tennis courts, a pétanque court, mini-golf, a children's playground, a ping-pong table, and table football. All these facilities are free and secure within the residence. A large free shared parking area is available at the entrance.



Please note that events are not permitted on the property. The villa is ideally located near the Vieux-Boucau marine lake, Pinsolle golf course, and the ocean beach at Soustons-Plage, perfect for a seaside holiday. Cycling paths and pine forests offer you the serenity and beauty of the Landes. You can enjoy a holiday entirely on foot or by bike and admire sunsets by the ocean.
