Located in Chamrousse within the Les Balcons du Recoin residence, this 35 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom featuring a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room that converts into two sleeping spaces. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and full set of dishes. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the toilet is separate. The secure residence includes an elevator.



Enjoy a large private terrace of 30 m², furnished with a table and benches, offering stunning views of the Vercors mountains and the Grenoble valley. The apartment has shared ski-in/ski-out access and a private ski locker.



Pets are welcome. Parties and events are not allowed. Public parking is available nearby, subject to availability.
