Perfectly located, the villa faces the sea, only 15 minutes from Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio and 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in southern Corsica. All 5 bedrooms have access to 4 bathrooms/showers, and there are 2 separate toilets.



The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 dishwashers, a large fridge, coffee machine, microwave, spacious cooktop, and modern appliances. A utility room/laundry area adds extra convenience.



This high-end villa, completely private, is surrounded by terraces, including a large wooden deck by the pool and two private upstairs terraces with sea views. The heated infinity pool (15 m x 5 m x 1.8 m), secured by an electric cover, is heated from April 1st to autumn holidays. The enclosed garden features a pétanque court, ping-pong area, and charcoal barbecue.



At the bottom of the lane, you can rent a tennis court by the sea and kayaks. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge.
