Located on the edge of a charming, flower-filled hamlet just 5 minutes from Sauzon port, this property, built in 2010, offers high-end amenities in a peaceful, preserved environment.



The tasteful decor and well-equipped, functional spaces comfortably welcome 3 to 5 families, each with their own independence. The property features 6 master bedrooms and 2 children’s rooms, including a lovely 32 m² dormitory/playroom perfect for younger guests.



The two houses are arranged around a heated pool (April to October) with an electric safety cover. Each house also has its own private, enclosed garage.
