Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, heating (pellet stove in the living room and electric radiators), washing machine, fan, coffee maker, baby cot, and high chair. The villa is on one level, with toys, books, and a play set available for children.



Outside, relax on your private covered terrace with stunning views of the mountains, the village of Mostuéjouls, and the Via Ferrata de Liaucous. The villa sits on an enclosed 800 m² plot, ensuring peace and relaxation.



You have two parking spaces. Pets and parties are not allowed.



The villa is in a fully renovated building at the entrance to Liaucous. There is no TV, but board games and books are provided. Perfect for nature lovers: trails, outdoor sports, and family hikes are nearby. Personalized welcome.



Cleaning is not included and must be done by guests. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra fee.
