Step outside to enjoy the outdoor shower and seating areas by the pool and downstairs by the fountains. All facilities are for your private use only. The owner lives downstairs and is available to assist with any information you might need while respecting your privacy.



Please note that 1 pet is allowed on the property. Events are not permitted, and you should respect the house while enjoying it. Quiet hours must be observed after 10 pm with no loud music outside.



The house is situated in a very quiet area, only 6 kilometers from busy Lloret and its beautiful beaches. You can easily access beaches like Tossa, Lloret, and Blanes. The property is 3 kilometers from the highway, providing convenient access to visit Girona on one side and Barcelona on the other. Two secure entrances are available: one at the top where you can park one car, and another in front of the house with street parking options. A cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee.
