Quietly located in the Garmisch district at the foot of the Kramer, the “Partenkirchen” apartment provides quick access to nature and various hiking trails nearby. The Garmisch pedestrian zone, not far away, invites you to stroll around. Various shopping facilities and a bus stop are also within a ten-minute walk.
The apartment is designed for up to four people and has two comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms with skylights, and a large living, dining, and kitchen area, where high ceilings, exposed beams, and large windows create a light-flooded, airy atmosphere.
The living area with a comfortable sofa, reading chair, and TV flows seamlessly into a cozy dining area and fully equipped kitchen, which is optimally prepared for a longer stay with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the important kitchen utensils. A small counter with bar stools invites you to enjoy a coffee during the day or a glass of wine in the evening. Continuous wooden floors with underfloor heating add warmth and character to the apartment.
The two bedrooms are spacious and functional, benefit from the attractive roof construction, and each offer spacious wardrobes, their own TV, and a small desk—ideal if you need to work undisturbed from time to time.
The two bathrooms with natural light are modern and comfortably equipped: the smaller bathroom has a sink, walk-in shower, and toilet, while the larger one has a double sink, walk-in shower, toilet, and bidet.
A special highlight of the “Partenkirchen” apartment are the two balconies: a large, sunny south/west-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the Alpspitze and Zugspitze massif is accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms and invites you to spend time outdoors from morning to evening. The narrower, wraparound northwest/northeast balcony with views of Kramer and Wank is accessible from the kitchen and the second bedroom and offers further beautiful mountain views and opportunities to retreat into the fresh air.
For added convenience, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the laundry room in the basement; these are shared with a neighboring vacation apartment.
The basement and underground parking garage are easily accessible by elevator, and the apartment comes with its own underground parking space, making arrival and departure pleasantly uncomplicated in any season.
For larger travel groups or families who are friends, the “Partenkirchen” apartment can also be ideally combined with the neighboring “Garmisch” vacation apartment.
