The apartment is situated on the second floor of a seven-story building with an elevator, ensuring easy access. Last renovated in 2022, the spacious 50 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to four people, making it particularly suitable for families, couples, and small groups.

Upon entering, you are greeted by a bright and inviting living area with laminate flooring, which flows seamlessly into a comfortable sofa corner and a separate dining area. Modern comfort and practical amenities are paramount: two satellite TVs with international channels provide entertainment, while free Wi-Fi allows for seamless work or internet browsing. The apartment is non-smoking and suitable for children and babies.
