Located in Ses Salines, Illes Balears, Villa Sol d'Es Trenc is a spacious 404 m² retreat just 250 meters from the village in a peaceful area, only a 10-minute drive from the island’s most stunning beaches with white sand and crystal-clear water.



Perfect for families and active travelers, the villa accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You’ll enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi, a private barbecue, and family-friendly amenities such as a crib and high chair. There’s also a separate laundry area and covered parking for your convenience.



A small pet is allowed upon prior arrangement with the host.



Step outside to relax in the private garden and large covered terrace, ideal for outdoor dining. The private pool features a small safety barrier for children, and after a day at the beach, you can refresh in the outdoor shower.



Smoking indoors and hosting parties or events are not permitted. The quiet neighborhood offers easy walking access to shops, bars, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, and restaurants.



Car rental is recommended for easy access to the island’s beautiful beaches. Cyclists can also reach nearby beaches by bike. A bus stop just meters from the villa connects you to Palma, Campos, Santanyí, Cala d'Or, Colònia de Sant Jordi, and more. The renowned Botanicactus Mallorca is only a 5-minute walk away. By car, motorbike, or bicycle, you can easily reach beaches such as Es Trenc (7 km), Es Dolç (6 km), Cala Llombards (8 km), Calo des Moro (9 km), Es Caragol (11 km), Santanyi Beach (11 km), and Cala Figuera (12 km).
