Charming 80 m² house with 2 bedrooms plus a private 20 m² studio with 1 bedroom, set in a peaceful area overlooking woodland. The enclosed 100 m² garden and south-facing private pool provide an ideal spot to relax. The Arcachon Bay beach is just 150 m away, and all essential shops are 50 m away, easily reached on foot or by bike.



The house features a large terrace, garden, and a 6 x 4 x 1.40 m pool with alarm. Please note, there is no barrier around the pool, so caution is advised. Parking is available in front of the house. Perfect for a couple, a family with three children, or a group of friends. The house can be rented with or without the studio, which includes a shower, toilet, sink, and bedroom.



High-speed Wi-Fi is available. At 150 m, you’ll find the tourist office, cycle path, bike rental, and five outdoor tennis courts. A 9-hole golf course is 1.5 km away. At 150 m, enjoy a wellness center with spa, massages, aquabike, aquagym, and gym. Shops open all year include a bakery, pâtisserie, chocolatier, oyster seller, greengrocer, delicatessen, newsagent, pizzeria, seafood restaurants, Sunday market, and rotisserie. A supermarket is 1.5 km away.



Andernos pier is 5 km away. Ideally located between Cap Ferret and the Dune du Pyla/Arcachon, 45 km from the Bordeaux Wine Route. The Compostela trail passes by the nearby beach. Water, electricity, and heating are included. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. Final cleaning can be done by you or is available for an extra fee. Smoking is allowed outside. The house is in a flood-free zone; Arcachon Bay is beautiful year-round!
