The 110 m² apartment in Kitzbühel-Oberndorf accommodates up to 4 guests and features one bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping gallery in the living room. Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and up, but also suitable for 4 adults if 2 are comfortable sleeping in the gallery. You have a private kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. The chalet apartment boasts floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows with stunning views of the "Wilder Kaiser" mountain range and an open-plan living area of about 65 m² with a wood-burning stove and open fireplace.



Enjoy breathtaking views of the Kaiser Mountains, the Kitzbüheler Horn, and the Kitzbühel Alps from your private balcony. The apartment is located directly on a ski meadow in a detached country house.



Two shared parking spaces are available on site. Events are not permitted on the property. Benefit from ski-in/ski-out access: The Tauwiesen drag lift is just 5 meters away, and the Penzing gondola is 200 meters away. In front of the house is a ski school with its own children's practice lift. Shared facilities include a playground, toys, and children's books.



Direct access to the St. Johann and Kitzbühel ski areas ensures a peaceful, idyllic setting. Schwarzsee is 10 minutes away, and other swimming lakes offer additional relaxation in summer.
