Stobreč is a small, charming district of Split, located about 7 kilometers south of the city center.
The town is situated on a peninsula and surrounded by the sea, which gives it especially beautiful beaches and swimming bays.

Just a 3-minute walk from the apartment you will find the lovely promenade with cafés, authentic restaurants, supermarkets, and a small park with a children’s playground. The bus stop is also located there, offering a direct connection to Split’s city center.

Nearby, you will also find tennis courts and a golf course.
The beach “Kamp Stobreč”, only a 5-minute walk away, is particularly suitable for families with children.

Stobreč combines the best of both worlds: close proximity to the lively city of Split and, at the same time, a quiet, almost village-like holiday atmosphere.


The apartment is located on the first floor and has recently been completely renovated. It consists of a spacious hallway leading to a newly renovated bathroom, two large bedrooms, and a kitchen with seating area and TV.

The larger of the two bedrooms offers, in addition to the double bed, a sofa bed and is equipped with air conditioning.

The apartment also features a large balcony with seating and partial sea views.

A private parking space directly in front of the building is available.
