Casa Can Miguel is located on a one-way street in the popular village of Sineu. You can park your car nearby. The house was tastefully renovated in 2025 and features an entrance hall, a living area with satellite TV, a dining area for four people with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One bathroom is on the ground floor, and another bathroom and the two bedrooms are on the upper floor. The rear bedroom provides access to the roof terrace with magnificent views over the village and to the mountains to the west.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences and leaves nothing to be desired. The beautifully landscaped courtyard features a dining area and a seating area, as well as an outdoor shower for cooling off on hot days. There's also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. A highlight of the house is the brick outdoor kitchen with a 4-zone cooktop, a professional gas grill, a sink, and an additional refrigerator. A paradise for any barbecue fan!

Both bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning. In winter, there is an electric heater in each room, as well as a modern pellet stove in the living area.

Parking nearby is free.

Sineu is the most popular village in central Mallorca, known for its rich history, its famous weekly market on Wednesdays, and its diverse culinary offerings. The village center, where numerous restaurants, bars, and great shops await you, is just a few minutes' walk away. In summer, you can enjoy the public outdoor pool, and the beautiful beaches of northern Mallorca are only a 20-30-minute drive away. Palma and the airport are also only about 30 minutes away. Or you can leave the car at home and take the train to Palma.
