In the low season, this holiday home is highly recommended for cyclists and golfers: The finca is located on a designated cycle route and has storage facilities for bicycles. The Son Antem golf course is only 7 minutes away by car.



Inside this holiday home for 4 people, you will find a lovingly designed ground-floor living space. Rustic elements such as natural stone walls, wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and wooden shutters have been combined with modern, comfortable furnishings and cosy lighting. From the living and dining area, you can easily access the outdoor area. The fully equipped country-style kitchen is open to the living area. Two spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private access to the outdoor area guarantee a good night's sleep. They are equipped with air conditioning and can be heated in the cooler seasons. The facility is powered exclusively by solar energy. The holiday home is located in the rural lowlands in the south of Mallorca. Llucmajor is 10 minutes away by car and offers good shopping facilities. The long natural beach of Sa Rápita and the island's capital Palma are 20 minutes away by car. The Son Antem golf course is 7 minutes away by car.
