The spacious, shallow pool is easily accessible and has high-quality sun loungers for sunbathing and a striking pergola for relaxing in the shade. The sun terrace flows seamlessly into a beautiful dining area and provides natural shade for marvellous barbecues, complemented by subtle outdoor lighting that enhances the ambience.



Wide sliding glass doors allow plenty of natural light into the open-plan living-dining room, creating a harmonious blend of indoor and outdoor spaces. The stylish design with high-quality wooden furniture and tasteful natural fabrics creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.



On the ground floor you will find two charming double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a guest WC. Upstairs. A spacious master bedroom with dressing room and large bathroom awaits you. The adjoining terrace offers breathtaking views as far as the sea. Both the bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning, while the entire house has underfloor heating to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.



The finca is surrounded by nature on the outskirts of Son Servera near the east coast of Mallorca. There is a supermarket 1 km away. The holiday resort of Cala Millor with its sandy beach is 2 km away; Son Servera Golf Club is 7.5 km away. Other beautiful beaches can be reached within 10-15 minutes by car.
