The holiday home Sa Xorca welcomes its guests in a quiet, rural location surrounded by wide fields in the south of Mallorca. The enticing, shallow infinity pool is nestled in a large lawned area with a beautiful sun terrace equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Just a few steps will take you to the shade of a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and a cosy sofa lounge for long summer nights. Celebrate sociable barbecue evenings or have fun playing table tennis. As the house and its elegantly designed outdoor area face south-west, make sure you get plenty of sunshine and enchanting evening light.



The living area extends over an elongated ground floor. The outdoor areas are easily accessible thanks to the many sliding glass doors. The centrepiece of the house is a tastefully furnished, open-plan living area. Here, a beautiful living room with fireplace forms a harmonious unit with the dining room and a large, modern kitchen. The kitchen leads to a laundry room and one of the double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. To the right of the main living area, a corridor leads to the other wing. It houses three large bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. All four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and have their own exits to the outside. There is also a separate bathroom with a bathtub in this wing. There is a good internet connection throughout the holiday home, so you can also work from home from here. The holiday home is located in a rural area in the south-east of Mallorca. The villages of Santanyí and Campos, 6 and 9.5 km away respectively, offer good shopping facilities. Beautiful bays on the south coast, such as Cala Mondragó, Cala Llombards or Caló del Moro, are less than 20 minutes away by car.



The air conditioning in the accommodation is included in the price, but its use is restricted between 14:00 and 18:00 and between 21:00 and 08:00. After this time, the fee will be charged in cash on site. This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
