The pretty dining area is conveniently located right at the entrance to the house, with a cosy seating area right next to it for an afternoon coffee, for example. You can enjoy evening barbecues in the covered outdoor kitchen with brick barbecue. Children can play on the lawns, swing and of course splash around in the pleasantly shallow swimming pool. A hot water shower completes the outdoor comfort, as do the comfortable loungers for extensive sunbathing.



The living areas, which extend over one level, exude a cosy, rather unconventional flair. The open-plan living/dining area with sofa, TV and dining table is the perfect place to relax indoors. The fully equipped, open-plan integrated kitchen with a serving hatch offers good conditions for self-catering. Three individually furnished double rooms with air conditioning are available for relaxing holiday nights. Two shower bathrooms, one of which is en suite, round off the space on offer in this family-friendly farmhouse on Mallorca. This charming country house is located near S'Horta in a prime location in the south-east of Mallorca. The village, which is spared from mass tourism, offers good shopping facilities. The sea is only about 5 minutes away by car. There you will find dream bays such as Cala Sa Nau (3.3 km) or Cala d'Or (approx. 5 km).
