The Can Guillem farmhouse near Campos in the rural south of Mallorca is an ideal accommodation option for groups of up to six people and is therefore suitable for both friends and families travelling together.







The property has a spacious outdoor area with various amenities, including covered and sunny terraces, a barbecue area for al fresco dining and a table tennis table for leisure activities. A stone staircase leads to a raised pool, which provides a refreshing refuge on warm days and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding Mediterranean landscape. The farmhouse is designed with a cosy, rustic aesthetic and features tiled floors, natural stone walls and wooden accents that create a welcoming atmosphere all year round.



Inside, the ground floor features a living and dining area with comfortable seating and a well-equipped kitchen with an open-plan layout. The accommodation comprises three tastefully decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with baths, spread over the ground and upper floors. There is also a convenient car park for a hire car at the house.



The farmhouse Can Guillem is situated on a large, rural plot in the south of Mallorca with neighbouring animals such as cows, dogs, cats, cockerels and chickens. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be found in Campos, only approx. 5.6 km from Cala Sa Nau beach. 23.3 km away by hire car.



Electricity, air conditioning and heating are included in the rental price, subject to reasonable consumption. In the rare case that this amount is exceeded, you will have to pay money into the unit.
