The finca has an open-plan design, with most of the rooms flowing into one another but can be separated by sliding doors. Large windows allow the Mediterranean light to flood the room and create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The accommodation is spread over two floors, which are connected by an open staircase. On the ground floor there is a living and dining area, a high-quality kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. On the upper floor, separated by a glass gallery, there is an additional sleeping area, a desk for holiday work and access to a small, sunny roof terrace.



The modern finca "Can Maimo Nou" is situated in a wonderfully quiet location in the middle of the typical Mediterranean landscape of the south of the island. For shopping, restaurants and a stroll through pretty narrow streets with numerous art galleries and small shops, Santanyí is only approx. 4.4 km away, while the romantic bay of Cala Llombards is only approx. 8.9 km away.
