La Paloma Uno and La Paloma Dos are just a few minutes' walk from each other and together offer 315 m² of living space and room for a total of 12 people. The large and spacious plot offers you many places to relax. The 12 metre pool is also ideal for swimming.



Finca La Paloma Uno offers 220m² of space for a total of 8 people. The two separate residential units offer you maximum privacy. Both houses, one of which is air-conditioned, each have two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One unit has a fireplace in the kitchen, the other has a fireplace in the large living room with a table for 12 people, but the kitchen is particularly well equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, coffee maker and toaster. There is also a utility room with washing machine.



At 95m², La Paloma Dos offers space for a total of 4 people. On the ground floor you will find the cosy living room with a dining area and a small kitchenette. Directly adjacent to the living area is one of the double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. The upper floor can be reached via a spiral staircase from the living room. There is a further bedroom, also with en suite bathroom. The mega-property La Paloma de Sa Torre Marina is an exclusive holiday home consisting of independent residential units. The house is situated on a 12700 m² plot in the south of Mallorca, close to the small village of Sa Rapita. After just three to five minutes by car, you can already feel the sand of the natural beaches of Des Covetes and Es Trenc between your toes.
