A real tip is the roof terrace, which is almost like an outdoor living room and offers cosy seating for particularly relaxing moments.







The spacious interior of this Mallorca holiday home is perfect for up to four holidaymakers to spread out. Lots of white and bright, harmonious colours characterise the rooms as well as an individual style: some old details have been preserved and charmingly combined with modern ones. On the ground floor you will find the dining room and the super cosy living room with fireplace and flat-screen TV. The modern and super-equipped kitchen is located in the inner courtyard and is perfect for cooking on holiday. There is also a bathroom on this living level. The two cosy bedrooms are located next to each other on the upper floor, which also has a second bathroom and is also accessible from the outside. The Casa Max townhouse opens its doors on the edge of the charming town of Artà in the north-east of Mallorca. Cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities are all within easy walking distance. The beautiful beaches of the east coast can be reached quickly by car thanks to the location by the road. Capdepera with its castle and golf course, the Coves d'Artà and the hiking area around Colònia de Sant Pere and Betlem are also within easy reach.
