Underneath, a sloping pool with a wide, comfortable step entrance invites you to take a refreshing dip. This holiday home is located in the southernmost region of the island, Migjorn, and is an ideal starting point for a variety of island explorations and excursions. The MA-4013 road, which is not far away, connects nearby Calonge (1.7 km) with the coastal town of Cala d'Or (3.1 km). You can do your daily shopping in both towns. In Calonge there is a traditional small weekly market on Thursdays, where you can stock up on fresh fruit and vegetables. Cala d'Or also attracts visitors to the villa with its elegant marina, lively nightlife, many good restaurants and chic bars. A short drive along the south-east coast will take you to a number of small but beautiful sandy bays with turquoise-coloured water. Even in the high season, it is usually possible to find a more secluded spot here. The bays in the Mondragó nature reserve are particularly impressive.
