Arrive and feel at home! No more words are really needed to describe the magnificent Villa S'Hortet Gran. Let's start with a tour of the outside area. The large garden, as the name of the villa means in Catalan, is surrounded by fields in a beautiful natural setting. From the tarmac driveway, we simply leave the villa on our left and make our way to the covered terrace in front of the house. Can we go in the pool? is the first thing the children call out to you as you imagine sitting here on balmy summer evenings with a glass of Mallorcan wine. A refreshing breeze blows from the built-in barbecue that you have just discovered at the other corner of the terrace, and the aroma of roasting lamp chops wafts towards you. A few steps further on the west side of the villa and we are already on the next covered terrace: a large rustic wooden table with two benches invites you to enjoy a meal together or a games evening. It won't be long before you feel at home in this villa.

There are several entrances to the interior of your holiday home from the west-facing terrace. We choose the first door and enter the kitchen. "WOW!" the excitement just doesn't stop. The bright and spacious room is not only an eye-catcher thanks to the many lovingly placed accessories, but also because it is equipped with everything you need for self-catering. While you are still marvelling, a Look at this! opposite the open-plan living area. A family member has discovered the cast-iron fireplace, which provides cosy warmth on cooler evenings. With its high ceilings and numerous sophisticated splashes of colour, the spacious and light-flooded lounge radiates cosiness through and through. And you think: we've made a good choice, because you suddenly hear an I'm sleeping here! that crashes down to puncture your nascent bliss. A beautiful natural stone wall soon catches your attention, although the voice is still calling. Three bright white, air-conditioned double bedrooms with comfortable beds await you in this wing of the house. An immaculate bathroom and a guest toilet round off this lovingly and carefully furnished area. Happy is emblazoned above the beds in one of the bedrooms and you will certainly feel the same at this moment.



Speaking of happy, you will be pleased to know that you have also found the perfect location for a villa. S'Hortet Gran is ideally located for excursions and tours in the north of Mallorca. From Cala Ratjada, the north-easternmost point, to Cap Formentor, the northernmost peak on the island, all the sights and highlights of this region are within easy reach from here. The nearby MA-13 motorway, which connects Alcúdia with Palma, also takes you to the island's capital in around an hour. The two large bays of Alcúdia and Pollença with their kilometre-long beaches are right on your doorstep. On the coast of the Victoria Peninsula there are smaller, hidden bays that also welcome hikers on picturesque tours. The large garden is simply a little dream! Arrive and feel at home!



Just over 3 kilometres from beautiful Alcúdia, Villa S'Hortet Gran could hardly be better located for exploring the entire island. Alcúdia and its harbour, known as Port d'Alcúdia, offer the perfect all-inclusive offer for an individual villa holiday: several supermarkets and two weekly markets for daily needs, trendy boutiques and shops for shopping as well as restaurants and bars for culinary delights. On the kilometre-long beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia, everyone will find their own personal spot for swimming in the sun and sea.
