A leather sofa opposite the flat-screen TV and a variety of discreetly positioned light sources create a pleasant atmosphere. The generous use of white and a touch of Zen-like simplicity paired with wooden décor and a pellet stove emphasise this ambience. Directly adjacent is the dining area with open-plan kitchen. The high-quality, beautiful wooden furniture catches the eye, otherwise this room makes a thoroughly practical impression: a microwave, a modern oven, a variety of storage options and a large American-style fridge. If you look further inside the property, you will find a total of three bedrooms, each with a double bed. Choose your favourite depending on your colour preference; they are all bright with summery nuances. On the first floor, there is another open-plan living area with a lovely sofa set that invites you to relax and unwind. The two bathrooms both have practical dimensions and are stylish and well-maintained.
This charming and modern townhouse is located in the centre of the small town of Capdepera, in the east of the island. In the town itself there are supermarkets for daily needs as well as a variety of restaurants, bars and cafés. From here you can quickly reach the most beautiful beaches on the east coast, such as the wild and romantic sandy beaches of Cala Moll and Cala Mesquida.
