The pool area, surrounded by rattan sun loungers, provides the perfect place to relax surrounded by nature. For more privacy, retreat to a quiet corner of the garden, where an ancient olive tree provides shade and tranquillity.



Inside, the villa has a bright, Scandinavian-inspired design with open-plan living areas. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with a fireplace, a flat-screen TV and a dining area. The separate kitchen is well equipped for large groups, with long worktops and easy access to the terrace. A guest room on the ground floor provides additional comfort. Upstairs, two bedrooms offer plenty of space and share a bathroom, while the third bedroom has a large 1.80 cm wide bed and an en-suite bathroom.



Between Portocolom on the coast and Felanitx in the heart of the island, "Es Puig de Portocolom" offers relaxation in nature and maximum privacy. The calas on the south-east coast are only 6 km away, the Vall d'Or golf course is just a few minutes away by car and the Toscana Mallorcas around Santanyí are only half an hour away. Shops, cafés and restaurants can be found everywhere in the neighbourhood. For larger shopping trips, you can drive to Manacor.
