The classic Mallorcan kitchen with adjoining living/dining area offers space for many things at the same time. While one person is whipping up a delicious dinner in the kitchen, another can make sure they don't miss an important game or their favourite TV series. Thanks to the villa's ground-floor design, the three lovingly furnished double rooms are not far away, each of which will put a smile on your face. The mosquito nets on the windows, the four portable fans and the air conditioning guarantee peaceful nights. But even on colder days, this family-friendly villa fulfils every wish and creates a wonderful atmosphere thanks to the fireplace. This is a fantastic place to relax and unwind, perfect for families with children.



The small, authentic holiday resort of Santa Margalida is only ten minutes away. There is a traditional market on Tuesdays, which gives the small town its very own charm. The nearby country road not only takes you quickly to Santa Margalida, but also to the popular and lively town of Can Picafort. This tourist-orientated town is perfect for a little shopping spree and then relaxing in its small cafés, bars and restaurants. Alternatively, we recommend travelling further along the western part of the resort, where a 16 km stretch of incredible beaches awaits you, including the extraordinary bay of Alcúdia, known as a truly idyllic paradise. Here you will be greeted by a white sandy beach and a breathtaking dune landscape far from civilisation. Just a quarter of an hour from the villa is the picturesque holiday resort of Muro, whose sandstone architecture and traditional charm are truly fascinating.



Ca Na Poveta, the perfect villa for families, is located in the north of the island and just a few minutes' drive from Santa Margalida, which captivates with its Mallorcan charm. The tranquil property surrounded by idyllic nature ensures that the little ones are kept busy with a range of toys and games. Santa Margalida has a supermarket, cash machines and a few small cafés and bars. Towards the centre of the island, the traditional small holiday resort of Muro is not much further away. The popular small town of Can Picafort is also only around 11 kilometres away and offers the start of several idyllic sandy beaches to the west.
