The L-shaped building perfectly fulfils the requirements of an inviting new-build house and its stone façade also reflects the Mallorcan country house tradition. The same impression is created on the spacious plot with numerous old and newly planted trees and a rural environment characterised by agricultural activity. There is no need for fences near the garden, pool and terrace areas as there are no neighbours in sight. Relaxing loungers await you on the lush green artificial lawn. Sunshades, which are occasionally needed to protect you from excessive sunlight, are also available. The turquoise-coloured, mosaic-tiled pool with a gently stepped entrance is rather narrow, but long enough to swim laps in comfort. The pool is bordered on one side by the lawn and on the other by the terrace, which extends right up to the building and is partially covered by an awning. Underneath you will not only find a long wooden table with chic rattan-look chairs, but also a cosy lounge corner. With a mobile gas barbecue, nothing stands in the way of a wonderful barbecue evening.



The interior design is a complete departure from the classic Mallorcan style, but this is by no means disappointing. It is invitingly bright, and not just because of the large glass patio doors to the terrace. Bright walls, white ceiling beams and matt sandstone floor tiles are only contrasted by the natural wood of the dark window and door frames. The soft colour palette is repeated in the open-plan living area with wall-mounted TV, which is also furnished with elegant, anthracite-coloured cosy sofas. The long dining table in a light vintage look creates a link to the kitchen, which is only separated by an elegant counter. Behind it is a fully equipped country house kitchen with a whitewashed look and all the technical amenities you need for a relaxed self-catering holiday. All four bedrooms are on the same floor. These are also bright, friendly and appealing and offer plenty of space to store your holiday wardrobe. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, while the other two bathrooms are freely accessible from the hallway. The bathroom has a trendy and contemporary design: floor-level walk-in showers with rain shower heads and exclusive wood-effect, stone or grey mosaic tiles, each individually designed. Holidays at a high level this beautiful new-build villa undoubtedly belongs in this category. The villa is also powered by climate-friendly solar energy, which is why it is not possible to install pool lighting, air conditioning and other appliances that consume a lot of energy.



Of course, the location also plays an important role in a pleasant holiday and Villa Can Gusti also receives our special recommendation in this respect. As you can see from our aerial photos, it is wonderfully rural and quiet and has no direct neighbours. But it would be a shame if you didn't explore at least some of the beauty that Mallorca has to offer. This includes visiting towns such as Felanitx or Manacor and strolling through the local markets. For sightseeing, you can also visit the island's landmarks, such as the Sant Salvador monastery located on a mountain near Felanitx, as well as the numerous beaches in the east, especially the almost unspoilt Cala Varques bay and many, many more. Sports enthusiasts should definitely pay a visit to the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy, just 8 kilometres away. The attractive pool landscape and the extensive artificial lawns are a real highlight of the new-build villa Can Gusti. The property is situated in a wonderfully quiet, rural location just north of Felanitx. You can either drive to Felanitx to buy groceries and other necessities, or even to Manacor for more extensive shopping trips. It is only 20 km to the Calas de Mallorca, the beautiful sandy beaches on the east coast, a pleasant distance for an afternoon outing.
