Directly in front of it, a spacious sun terrace and a wonderful, shallow pool with Jacuzzi function invite you to sunbathe. The holiday home also has an outdoor shower, a brick barbecue and a table tennis table.
The interior of the ground-floor holiday home welcomes guests with a friendly, open-plan living area, in which a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and the cosy living room merge into one another. The sloping roof with exposed wooden beams and a pleasant country-style décor create a cosy atmosphere. The finca is situated in a rural location, not far from the S'Albufera nature reserve in the north-east of Mallorca. The beach of the bay of Pollença is 8 minutes away; the 7 km long sandy beach at Alcúdia is only 20 minutes away. Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés can be found in Pollença, 6 km away, as well as in the beautiful harbour of Puerto de Alcúdia, just 10 km from your holiday home.
