Its ecological design, the clever beam construction and layout and the mix of different natural materials create a harmonious ambience that exudes an airy and sublime atmosphere. High ceilings, large arched windows and an open-plan ground floor area reinforce the feeling of lightness and freedom, while the gallery gives the impression of literally floating away. On the other hand, sumptuous sofas and armchairs around the wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV, as well as the rustic fitted kitchen (with access to the outdoor kitchen) with its cosy and homely serenity, help to keep you grounded; if required, a sofa bed can also provide additional sleeping space here. The air-conditioned triple room with semi-circular en suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace on the lower floor of the tower is a dream made of wood and stone; more athletic knights and ladies may prefer the tower room on the upper floor with panoramic views; however, the single bed located there should only be used by brave people with a head for heights who would like to stay in the centre of the action. A small shower room rounds off the ambience.



Explore the (still) unspoilt Majorca between Sant Llorenç des Cardessar, Petra, Ariany and Santa Margalida, where small bodegas offer excellent wines. Or take a hike in the hills and enjoy the view from the 473 metre-high summit of Calicant. The small town of Artà, with its romantic alleyways, invites you to stroll from café to café or to look for souvenirs, while the east coast between Portocristo and Cala Ratjada is characterised by a harbour atmosphere and a large selection of beaches Sun and wind, sun and ventilation, naturally included. Sea views and rural tranquillity The exceptionally designed Solivent tower villa is located just 4 km from tranquil San Lorenzo and only 5 km from Son Carrió. Here you will find traditional Mallorcan shops, a small supermarket, a bakery and restaurants.

If you fancy a dip, you can head to the beaches of SIllot, Sa Coma or Cala Millor - at a distance of just 10 km, you could almost say that the villa is close to the beach.
