The pavilion in the olive grove is particularly impressive. All you have to do here is decide which meal of the day you like best. The round seating area next to the barbecue also has its charm and provides the right atmosphere for your cosy barbecue evenings. The square covered veranda at the front of the house is perfect for al fresco dining, is conveniently located and offers a beautiful view of the garden. Behind the residential building, which is surrounded by a small forest of holm oaks, everything is ready for swimming and sunbathing. As soon as you enter the rooms through the spacious patio door, you will find yourself directly in the dining area, which invites you to enjoy lavish meals with its beautiful lighting and furniture. If you enjoy cooking, you will be delighted by the bright, typical Mallorcan brick kitchen, which offers all modern conveniences, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, dishwasher and coffee machine. And don't forget to try out a typical Spanish recipe here! Are you looking for a retreat, even though you prefer to go on holiday with a maximum of six people? It's actually not that easy, but in addition to the naturally insulated and very aesthetically furnished bedrooms, a clearly separated living room is another attractive option for finding a quiet spot inside. The proximity to other attractive destinations is also attractive, thanks to the proximity to several motorways that lead from Artà towards the east coast. The enchanting natural beach of Cala Torta and several other natural sandy beaches can also be easily reached by car. An entertainment tip: The vibrant harbour town of Cala Ratjada is only 11 km away from Villa Es Romagueral and invites you to stroll around in the evening and sample the excellent local cuisine. Due to the bumpy and narrow access road, we recommend that you choose a suitable hire car. Es Romagueral is a wildly romantic, fairytale-like dream villa, just a few minutes' walk from the town of Artà. The small town is considered a particularly picturesque place in the north-east of Mallorca and is ideal for stress-free shopping, strolling and stopping for a snack or a coffee. The beautiful natural sandy beach of Cala Torta can be reached by car in around 10 minutes. The beautiful harbour village of Cala Ratjada is just a quarter of an hour away.
