The beautiful Mediterranean villa Cas Sabateret is located in a rural setting. You arrive via a paved path and the last few metres take you along the villa path alongside the beautiful garden. You will find two car parks that provide shade for your vehicles, as well as further parking spaces by the house. As soon as you reach the holiday home, the apricot-coloured façades and wooden shutters of the detached villa are immediately very inviting. The property is surrounded by a beautiful garden, shady trees and lawns. The entrance area has natural stone-like slabs and is surrounded by palm trees. The rounded pool is located on the private plot directly in front of the south-facing house and immediately invites you to relax in the warm Mallorcan sun. The pool has a maximum water depth of 1.90 metres. The entrance is via a staircase with mosaic tiles on both sides, in the centre of which children can play in the shallower water or adults can refresh themselves with a cool drink. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with an outdoor shower and several sun loungers with parasols. You will quickly find a place to enjoy the day with a good book, for example, or simply relax and unwind. The Bali bed right by the pool, which invites you to chill out with a view of the pool and greenery, is particularly noteworthy. There is a covered terrace in front of the house with a dining table and chairs and an inviting white sofa. Here you can eat well and relax with friends or family. If you want to relax, you can head to the roof terrace, which is accessible from one of the bedrooms.

The south-facing orientation and the large windows of the villa provide friendly brightness inside the house. Together with the rustic décor and your high-quality furniture, this is very cosy. Note the exposed wooden beams under the ceiling, which enhance the rustic charm, as well as the typical Mallorcan tiles in clay colour, which can be found throughout the house. The friendly entrance area leads directly into the adjoining living and dining room, where there is a large wooden dining table. The rattan chairs with their light-coloured cushions invite you to spend long evenings together. You can spend a cosy evening watching TV from the bright sofa. In the fully equipped kitchen, there is another large dining area that invites you to cook together. The kitchen offers guests all the amenities they are used to at home: Dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The four friendly and attractive bedrooms are tastefully furnished. The 1.90 x 2.0 metre beds invite you to enjoy a restful night's sleep. There are a total of four spacious bathrooms, all en-suite, one with a whirlpool and a guest WC. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor and one on the upper floor with access to the roof terrace, from which you have a beautiful view of the pool.



The villa is situated in a beautiful, rural location close to the town of Muro. You can drive here on Sundays for the weekly market. There are further shopping facilities in Can Picafort. In the north, which is characterised by tourism, there is a succession of beautiful sandy beaches. The bays of Alcúdia and Pollença are within easy reach. There are hiking opportunities nearby and also in the Tramuntana mountains.



Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged [30] or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
