Wooden shutters on the windows, an antique-looking stone façade, an airy bamboo overhang and antique decorative elements combine to create a unique atmosphere that invites you to linger. A few steps lead to the raised pool, which is located in the villa's former water tank. You can come here at any time to take a refreshing dip in the water or enjoy the warm Mediterranean sun on the sun terrace. Behind the house there is a garden with fruit trees and a large lawn where the children can play to their heart's content. You can buy groceries and other necessities in Santa Margalida, where there are numerous supermarkets, patisseries and restaurants. Particularly recommended is the breakfast bar El Sol on the beach of Son Serra de Marina (approx. 15 km); enjoy a stylish brunch with a view of the beach and the water, and on Sundays there is even live music. Can Picafort still has the flair of a coastal village, where you can take a long walk along the promenade along the light-coloured sandy beach that stretches all the way north to Port d'Alcúdia. Bars, restaurants, boutiques and even discos make for a holiday you will never forget.
