Part of the beautifully landscaped grounds is characterised by terraces and lawns as well as various decorative Mediterranean plants in beds and tubs. You can cool off on hot days in the 9 metre long pool in front of the house. The pool is easily accessible via a wide staircase and is bordered by an inviting sun terrace. Six comfortable loungers are available for extensive relaxation. Here you can lie and dream under the deep blue Mediterranean sky and leave everyday life far behind you. A parasol is available for additional protection from UV rays. The terrace directly in front of the house, which can be reached via a few steps, also offers opportunities to relax in the breezy shade and enjoy the marvellous surroundings from there. You can sit at the massive dining table in a great atmosphere, take your meals outside as you wish and let your gaze wander into the distance. The outdoor kitchen and barbecue provide excellent opportunities to prepare meals outdoors and offer the chance to cook regional delicacies using produce collected from the market.



The interior of the house is not only cosy, but also very tasteful and creates a fantastic atmosphere to linger in. Light-coloured materials are surrounded by contrasting elements, most of which are made of wood and contribute significantly to the harmonious ambience. You can make yourself comfortable in the sofa area or dine together in the relaxing open-plan living/dining room. A TV and fireplace round off the comfort of this room. Decoration is used sparingly and carefully in this house, so that the rooms are never cluttered, but on the contrary are characterised by a pleasant feeling of spaciousness. Another bedroom is beautifully designed as a children's room and has a single bed and a bunk bed with a third pull-out bed. The mattress dimensions here are 0.80x1.80m. This holiday home therefore offers space for a maximum of eight adults and four children. The three stylish bathrooms, one on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor, are equipped with sophisticated fixtures and fittings and convincingly continue the aesthetics of the house in their design. The villa is located about half a kilometre from the main road that connects Manacor and Vilafranca. In Manacor you will find everything you need for your daily needs. There is also a large selection of restaurants with good Mallorcan cuisine. The beaches on the south-east coast, which are within easy reach of the holiday home, are some of the most beautiful bays on the island. The extremely charming Villa Son Perot is located just 8 minutes west of Manacor in the east of the island. Vilafranca is about the same distance from the holiday home in the other direction. One of the nearest beautiful beaches is Cala Varques, which is only 17 kilometres away.
