An absolutely enchanting ambience welcomes guests to Villa Ses Velletes. The property is in a wonderfully idyllic and peaceful location, is completely fenced and closed off from the driveway by a gate. On the spacious plot, characterised by lawns and many Mediterranean plants, you will find pretty, open and covered terraces with a variety of flowers and design details that invite you to discover and explore. Lovingly arranged seating invites you to relax and linger outdoors, while you are always on the lookout for new favourite spots. The rustic dining table with brick-built benches is ideal for convivial meals at any time of day, which you can enjoy in comfort and with a wonderful view of the garden. If you prefer, you can also simply prepare the food in the outdoor kitchen and enjoy it right here. You can prepare all kinds of fresh regional delicacies on the barbecue and perhaps all celebrate a culinary barbecue evening together. Small alcoves, steps and walls give the outdoor area a particularly picturesque and cosy flair. The cute pond is even home to turtles. The centrepiece of the garden is the 7 x 4 m pool, adorned with decorative light blue tiles and equipped with a convenient step entrance. Here, young and old can enjoy refreshment to their heart's content. Comfortable loungers are available for extensive sunbathing, as well as several parasols in case the UV rays get too strong. Simply do nothing and leave your worries behind - you can enjoy this in an extraordinary way.



The kitchen with adjoining dining area, the bedroom and two bathrooms are located on the ground floor of the house. The living room is located on the top floor. Natural stone elements, solid exposed beam ceilings and light-coloured walls and materials create an extremely cosy and at the same time very aesthetic atmosphere. The atmosphere is enhanced by a variety of rustic decorations in the form of pictures, rustic furniture and other everyday objects as well as other impressive individual pieces. The open-plan kitchen, only loosely separated from the living room by a counter, is fully equipped and offers modern appliances as well as ample storage and work space. A kettle and an Italian and American coffee machine are just some of the features. At the dining table right next door, you can enjoy an indoor dinner together in a cosy atmosphere. The living room has a super comfortable sofa area. Here you can relax to your heart's content, perhaps with a good book or an entertaining film, as the TV with satellite connection is installed here. The very individually designed bedrooms welcome you to a good night's sleep. We are sure that everyone will find the perfect place to sleep here. Originally designed bathrooms offer natural light and high-quality fittings. Irons and hairdryers are available on site, so you don't have to worry about packing them yourself. There is a further double room (without a bathroom) in the adjoining building, so that a total of seven people can be accommodated.



Artà is a particularly pretty town with no large hotels and a population of around 6,500. Every Tuesday there is a weekly market in the town centre, which is definitely worth a visit. Here you will find a rich and varied range of regional culinary specialities as well as beautiful handicrafts typical of the island. Beaches that are both beautiful and easily accessible from the villa can be found in Cala Ratjada, Canyamel, Cala Bona, Costa de los Pinos and the bay of Cala Millor. There are four golf courses in the vicinity of the villa. The two-storey natural stone villa Ses Velletes is situated in a quiet location, just a 5-minute drive north-west of Artà. It offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. The picturesque old town of Artà with its small alleyways, bars, restaurants and shops is particularly inviting. Several beautiful beaches can be reached by car in approx. 20 minutes.
