The outdoor area of this holiday home is characterised by extensive terraces tiled with natural stone and plenty of greenery that decoratively frames this picturesque picture. The pool, the centrepiece of the outdoor area, is a real eye-catcher with its shimmering green mosaic tiles. It has a depth of up to 2.10 metres and is easily accessible via a staircase. On warm days, you can refresh yourself wonderfully in the cooling water and then relax in the sun on the loungers provided and perhaps do nothing at all. After all, you are on holiday. The parasol provided protects you from excessive UV radiation. The house offers other attractive seating options ranging from sunny to semi-shaded to shady. With a total of seven outdoor seating options, there is plenty of variety and everyone will find their personal favourite spot. The terrace by the house is a lovely place to enjoy your meals together. Depending on the time of day, this place offers different views that change with the position of the sun. Each of them has its own special charm and will give you hours of pleasure.

The interior of the house also presents an inviting ambience. A high and light-flooded living/dining room, designed with bright and cheerful colours and furniture, with an integrated kitchen form the main living area. The refreshing colour green in particular is a recurring element in various places and lends the already cosy flair an additional harmonious touch. Here you will find a cosy sofa area, a small dining table for indoor meals and a fully equipped, L-shaped kitchen with a toaster, filter coffee machine and kettle, providing everything you need for your daily needs. What a morning delight: prepare an aromatic cup of coffee, simply step out of the door and stand under the open, deep blue sky. An attractive staircase leads to the first floor of the house and offers two enchanting, romantic and modern bedrooms. Highly original design elements at the head of the beds give the rooms a very individual and stylish character. The contemporary design is continued consistently in the bathroom and offers natural light and high-quality fittings. An iron and hairdryer are conveniently provided and do not need to be carried in your luggage.



The small Villa Sa Volta is quietly located on the outskirts of Selva in the north of the island. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside. The town centre is only a 10-minute walk away. Close to the picturesque mountain village of Caimari (1.4 km), the house is close to the impressive Tramuntana mountains. The beautiful bays and beaches in the north and east of the island can also be easily reached by car from this holiday home. The journey to the airport takes 35 minutes. So close to nature and yet conveniently located, you can spend a varied and all-round fulfilling holiday at Villa Sa Volta.
