Nestled between a dense hedge of Mediterranean shrubs, Villa Sa Vinya Gran welcomes its guests in a pleasantly rural and peaceful atmosphere. Light-coloured gravel stretches along the front of the property, which is bordered at the back of the garden by terraces decorated with natural stone slabs. The large pool is located in front of the covered terrace, surrounded by a tiled sunbathing area and lawn. Large palm trees adorn this central outdoor area and give it a rustic, maritime flair. The pool with comfortable steps is set with bright blue mosaic pebbles. Here you will also find an outdoor shower and a bathtub. The eight modern sun loungers provide ample opportunity to relax between refreshing dips in the pool, perhaps with a cool drink or a small snack. Depending on the time of day, the garden offers some cooling shade to escape the heat. Accompanying children can let off steam and play on the lawn and in the pool without keeping their parents out of sight. The covered part of the terrace, adjacent to the property, offers a solid dining table. Enjoy a cosy dinner with an atmospheric view of the garden and the deep blue sky. In the evening, the built-in barbecue invites you to a barbecue dinner. You can find delicious fresh regional ingredients throughout the day and prepare and cook them over the embers to your liking.

As usual, you enter the house directly from the terrace and its outstanding design echoes the clean and stylish lines of the exterior. The colours and materials harmonise perfectly and give all the rooms a wonderfully cosy and inviting spaciousness. Even if you are full in this villa, you always have the option of finding a quiet and secluded private area. More and more people appreciate this luxurious spaciousness, especially when on holiday. The spacious living/dining area offers you the opportunity to relax on two comfortable sofas, perhaps with a good book or even an entertaining film, as this is where the large flat-screen satellite TV is located. Enjoy a cosy dinner inside at the extendable dining table. The modern kitchen offers everything for your daily needs, with high-quality equipment and plenty of space. Here you will find another rather informal smaller dining table. The equipment includes an Italian coffee machine and a kettle. Spacious and aesthetically designed bedrooms invite you to reflect and relax. To ensure optimal relaxation, the rooms are devoid of any unnecessary frills. There are two beds measuring 1.50 x 1.90 metres and four measuring 0.90 x 1.90 metres. Two large and luxurious bathrooms with natural light and modern furnishings offer comfort. The rooms are equipped with irons and hairdryers, so you don't need to bring them with you.



You can take a short day trip to the pretty harbour of the former fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi (19 km). If you like visiting the beach, Villa Sa Vinya Gran is just the place for you. The most beautiful beaches on the south-east coast, such as the family-friendly Es Trenc beach, can be reached quickly by hire car. If you wish, you can explore one of the many different bays every day. After an eventful day, return to your relaxing holiday villa and spend the evening as you wish.



Villa Sa Vinya Gran with its spacious interior is beautifully situated in a rural setting on a pretty and secluded plot, just a 10-minute drive south-east of Campos. In Campos you will find bars, restaurants and shops for your daily needs. From the villa it is only a short drive to the southern beaches of Mallorca. The airport is just over half an hour's drive away.
