For families, the pool is securely fenced, with ladders and there is a chairlift for easy access.



Inside, large windows bathe the villa in natural light, and the open-plan living areas and fully-equipped kitchen offer a bright, welcoming atmosphere. There are five double bedrooms and four bathrooms, including a ground floor bedroom which is particularly spacious, with a king-size bathroom and extra wide doors. This villa is the perfect holiday home for everyone.



The spacious finca "Sa Palmaria" is located just 2 km from the beautiful beaches of the bay of Alcúdia, at about the same altitude as "Son Baulo". Can Picafort can be reached in a few minutes by car to do your daily shopping quickly.



We consider this accommodation accessible for our guests with reduced mobility, but we recommend all guests to check the suitability of the accommodation according to their own needs.

Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag/hen party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may be on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not receive a refund.
