Can Pelara's beautifully designed and well-kept garden and pool landscape with various seating and sunbathing areas invites you to play and linger every day. Mediterranean plants and high-quality furniture complement the elegant cream-coloured terrace landscape, which extends from the covered pergola on the main front of the house to far beyond the pool. A barbecue area and parasols are of course at your disposal.



The elegant style continues in the spacious and bright interior of the house. On the ground floor there is a tastefully furnished and decorated living/dining room with a large and very well-equipped kitchen. A total of 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offer space for 6 people. All bedrooms have air conditioning. From the terrace on the first floor you can enjoy views over the countryside and the sea. The top holiday villa Can Pelara is located not far from Cala Figuera, directly on the south coast of Mallorca, surrounded by dream bays such as Cala Mondrago and Cala sAmarador. The beach is only about 100 metres from the cliffs and a beautiful coastal path leads from here to various bays. Grocery shopping can be done in neighbouring Santanyi or on the beautiful harbour promenade of Cala Figuera.
