Located in Sundern, in the heart of the Sauerland, Holiday Home Titz welcomes you in a quiet, secluded spot. Suitable for up to 10 guests, the house features four bedrooms and a living room with two sofa beds. There is a bathroom and a guest WC upstairs. The fully equipped, cozy kitchen-living room opens directly onto the terrace. High-speed Wi-Fi is available. You will also find a washing machine and a workspace. Central heating and an additional wood stove in the kitchen provide a pleasant atmosphere. Families benefit from two high chairs, a baby cot, plus shared toys and books for children. The spacious yoga room can also be used as a playroom.



Enjoy the private garden and sheltered terrace. A small stream flows in front of the house, and a fire pit invites you to relaxing evenings. A private barbecue is available for outdoor meals. Two parking spaces are directly at the house, as well as a bike storage room. One pet is welcome. Please note that events are not permitted. Self check-in ensures a smooth arrival.



A hiking trail starts directly from the house—perfect for nature lovers and outdoor activities. The lovingly maintained, large garden offers plenty of space. Playhouse, slide, swing, sandbox, and table tennis provide extra fun—ideal for families.
