We offer you a comfortable and well-equipped 39 m² holiday home, ideal for 3 to 4 guests. Upstairs, you will find two separate bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with toilet, an open kitchen, and an indoor dining area. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of Gujan-Mestras, at the edge of a 1,000 m² property on Arcachon Bay. Enjoy a furnished terrace for outdoor meals with a built-in barbecue and stove-oven. A bus stop is 150 meters away. You can park your vehicle under a shelter on the property. Shops and restaurants are nearby.



Gujan-Mestras, on Arcachon Bay and bordering the Landes forest, is a prime destination for holidays in Aquitaine. Its seven traditional and well-preserved ports have made it the oyster farming capital, perfect for tasting oysters by the sea. The town and its surroundings will charm you with their beaches, lakes, forest trails, cycle paths, islands, and the famous Dune du Pyla just 13 km away.



Thanks to quality sports facilities and its privileged location, Gujan-Mestras lets you fully enjoy the attractions of Arcachon Bay and the Gironde and Landes regions.



Final cleaning must be done by guests or is available for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be requested for an extra fee. One pet is allowed per stay for an extra fee. Please confirm with the owner in advance if you wish to bring your pet.
